The Advanced Program is an option for fencers interested in pursuing competitive fencing. Fencers can either move into the Advanced Program directly from the Beginner Program, or can transition through the Intermediate Program. This program will focus on critical technique development, strength and conditioning, and mental preparation and discipline. Fencers will be guided and supervised through a series of intensive warmup and cardio exercises and spar with the aid of electric fencing equipment. Training and sparring will be based on the preparing fencers for upcoming tournaments. The Advanced Program has the added benefit of providing a discount for private lessons.
